What to Wear
I believe that it is less about the clothes and more about the people. It's always good to think through your clothing choices beforehand, though. Often simplicity is best, but it can also be equally fun and interesting to do something a bit on the wild side. Think about what clothes most closely reflect who your child is... what will best show off his or her personality. I encourage you to wear clothes you would normally wear - clothes that reflect the real character of your family.
Consider dressing all family members in a similar style. This doesn't necessarily mean that everyone has to wear the exact same colors, but we don't want Dad in business suit and Mom in jeans. Do avoid clashing colors for group shots. Neutrals are always good. When in doubt, you can call me for my opinion. (I always have one.) Or you can bring several different clothing options, and I can help you decide or even try more than one combination.
