I’ve been looking forward to this session for awhile…. since before these two boys made their first appearance.
I photographed their big sister a couple of years ago, then when their mommy was pregnant with them, we started discussing plans for a session with the twins when they were born. Unfortunately, they came early and spent awhile in the NICU. After that, I can imagine that it must have been a crazy life with a four-year-old and two new babies. So that brings us here… FINALLY – a fun photo session with their new family of FIVE!
Okay, so I have to admit that I was a bit worried that this session would be challenging with a four-year-old and two babies who aren’t yet sitting up. But it turned out to be far easier than I thought it could possibly be. Here they are… an adorable family:

And I can’t resist including this one on the blog because I think it tells such a great story of what it must surely occasionally feel like to be the big sister of twin baby brothers. In reality, L is very happy to be a big sister, is a great helper, is very sweet and accomodating [just had to throw in that public service announcement for the record in case someone expecting twins is reading this *grin*].
